‘A Christmas Story’ Star Peter Billingsley (aka Ralphie Parker) is Engaged to Buffy Bains

Congratulations are in order for Peter Billingsley — he's engaged!
The A Christmas Story star, 44, recently proposed to his girlfriend, Buffy Bains, a rep for the actor confirmed to Us Weekly on Monday, Oct. 19.

Though Peter is best known for playing Ralphie Parker in the 1983 hit holiday flick A Christmas Story, he has also starred in movies Elf, Iron Man and The Break-Up. He previously guest starred on several TV shows including Who's The Boss?, Punky Brewster, The Wonder Years and Highway To Heaven.
