Carrie sadly died of sleep apnea and a combination of other causes at age 60 on Dec. 27, 2016, the LA County coroner's office confirmed to the Associated Press on Friday, June 16. TMZ later revealed she had cocaine, morphine, codeine, and oxycodone in her system, but it's unclear how much of a role, if any, the drugs played in her passing.
