Chelsea Clinton Is Pregnant, Expecting Third Baby With Husband Marc Mezvinsky

Congratulations are in order for Chelsea Clinton and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky — they’re expecting their third child! The 38-year-old former first daughter took to Twitter on Tuesday, January 22 to reveal her exciting pregnancy news. “Marc and I have loved watching Charlotte be such a wonderful big sister and we’re excited to watch Aidan become a big brother! We cannot wait to meet our newest addition later this summer,” she wrote.

Chelsea and Marc, 41 — an investor and the former vice chairman at Social Capital — previously tied the knot on July 31, 2010, in Rhinebeck, New York. They welcomed their first child, daughter Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky, 4, in September 2014 and son Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky, 2, in June 2016.

Though Chelsea’s famous parents, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, have yet to publicly comment on their daughter’s third pregnancy, we’re sure they can’t wait to welcome their third grandchild in just a few months.

In a previous interview with Access Hollywood, Chelsea gushed that it’s been “heartwarming” to see Bill, 72, and Hillary, 71, with their grandchildren. “It’s been such a joy for me to watch my parents as grandparents. I didn’t know that was a gift that Charlotte would give me. Watching them be so loving and invested in every part of her life and wanting to know every day what she’s up to and how she’s doing … It is so heartwarming,” she said. Following their first grandchild Charlotte’s birth in 2014, Hillary sweetly tweeted, “@BillClinton and I are over the moon to be grandparents! One of the happiest moments of our life.”

In 2015, Chelsea also spoke out about how her life had changed after becoming a first-time mom. “I start talking to her, when I’m changing her diaper in the morning and when we’re picking out what clothes she’s going to wear for the day. I read her the news every morning. She agrees with me on everything right now,” she said. Chelsea also revealed her dad, former President Clinton, loved giving baby Charlotte little tours of her NYC home. “He loves walking up and down the hallway with her (past our bookshelves) every time pointing out a different book to her and telling her that someday she’ll be old enough to read that book herself,” she shared.
