Chrissy Teigen Reveals She “Projectile Puked” at Daughter Luna’s School Orientation

Sorry! Mom-of-two Chrissy Teigen has publicly apologized for “projectile puking” at her daughter Luna Stephen’s nursery school orientation. On Monday, Aug. 20, Chrissy recalled the embarrassing moment on Twitter and wants everyone to know that she feels really bad for getting sick at the special event! 

“Hello everyone from Luna’s school orientation today,” she tweeted. “I’m sorry I projectile puked caffeine upon arrival, couldn’t open my eyes, and had the noisiest newborn in the room. (not a joke, very sorry, see you tomorrow).”

In a follow-up tweet, Chrissy clarified that it was not anxiety that caused her to throw up. “Oh no, it was not first day of school jitters. It was last night’s wine, and Korean BBQ, and jet lag combo,” she revealed and her fans immediately appreciated the former model’s honesty. 

A few even wrote back to Chrissy about their most embarassing parenting stories. “I always held it together but daughter No. 2 puked on her desk [the] first day of 1st grade and daughter No. 1 swallowed her milk money, choked on the quarter, and puked on a kid’s shoes in 1st grade, same unfortunate teacher for both. Lucky for her I only had two kids,” one fan jokingly told Chrissy.

Chrissy and her husband, John Legend, have always been very open about their parenting struggles while raising Luna and her little brother, Miles Stephens. In a previous interview with E! News, John and Chrissy recalled a time when Luna was 21 months old and would get upset if they would leave the house to go to an event.

“She is always sad when we leave. She throws a little fit,” John said at the time and Chrissy jokingly added, “But it’s also because it’s late at night and she’s just a cranky butthead at nighttime.” She continued, “As soon as the door closes, she forgets us. She’s moved on to something else.”
