He’s baring it all! Dancing With the Stars judge Bruno Tonioli wasn’t afraid to show off his fit body as he was casually tending to his lawn on Sunday, March 17. Instead of flaunting his abs at the beach, he shared a pic to Instagram of himself wearing nothing but a stunning watch and tiny black speedos.

The Italian native told the Daily Star in a recent interview he keeps himself looking so fit by doing “1,000 sit-ups a day.” Impressive! “I have to start my day with this workout as I am getting older and rounder,” he shared.

Turns out a new diet has been helping a lot, too. “I’ve been reading so much on the benefits of a plant-based diet and I have cut down on eating meat and feel so much better,” Bruno tweeted on March 3. “I am going to try going vegan for a month. Has anyone tried it? Any advice? #vegan #plantbased.”

Back on January 2, Bruno showed fans that you can workout pretty much anywhere by sharing a video of himself working out on his living room floor. “It’s time to get my fitness back on track!
