‘Dancing With the Stars’ Voting Change: What Fans Need to Know
‘DWTS’ season 35 week 2 brings a notable voting change and a night filled with viral hits.
Week 2 of Dancing with the Stars season 35 will feature the remaining 14 couples performing to viral music hits. During the first week of the DWTS competition, both Conner Leavitt and Sarah Jane Nader were eliminated. That prompts a slight change in the voting going forward that fans need to know.
During week 1, Dancing with the Stars fans needed to be vigilant in voting either “CONNOR W” for Connor Wood and Rylee Arnold or “CONNER L” for Leavitt and his partner, Adele Zaikman.
Now that Leavitt and Zaikman have been eliminated, social media updates from Wood and Arnold indicate that simply “CONNOR” is what fans must text to 21523.
Everything else regarding voting for Dancing with the Stars season 35 should remain as it was for the premiere week. Fans can vote online at dwtsvote.abc.com and by texting the contestant’s first name to 21523. Fans can vote up to 10 times per couple, per method of voting.
Arnold and Wood have shared the change in text voting for them via Instagram.
Arnold posted an Instagram Story showing that fans need to text CONNOR to 21523, and she noted it in a separate Instagram post, as well. She also shared, “We have been working so hard this week and we can’t wait for you guys to see this one tonight!!”
