Donald Trump Supports Ex-Wife Marla Maples Joining ‘Dancing with the Stars’

Talk about amicable exes!

Marla Maples has joined the Season 22 cast of Dancing with the Stars — and her ex-husband, Donald Trump, is supporting her in every way!

"I think it is wonderful [that she's on the show]," the 69-year-old star admitted to People. "I am very happy for her and think she will do very well."

Donald and Marla, 52, were hitched from 1993 until 1999. The two welcomed 22-year-old daughter Tiffany together in October 1993. The former Celebrity Apprentice host is also a father to Donald Trump, Jr., 38, Ivanka Trump, 34, Eric Trump, 32 (all with first wife Ivana Trump) and Barron Trump, 9 (with current wife Melania Trump).

Marla — who is paired with DWTS pro Tony Dovolani this season — also recently spoke out about whether joining the popular dance competition (which premieres Monday, March 21!) will distract her from Donald's current presidential campaign. "When life gets challenging, you just have to dance right?" she said. "It's amazing."
