She’s a little bit country, he’s a little bit rock ’n’ roll. But nowadays, Donny and Marie Osmond are all about being grandparents!
After receiving a key to the Las Vegas strip and celebrating their 1,000th show at the Flamingo (and 50 years in showbiz!) on May 15, Donny — the seventh-born Osmond brother — exclusively chatted with Closer about counting down the days until his seventh grandchild is born.
“This will be from my third son [Brandon], who lives in Boston,” Donny, 56, says about the baby on the way.

With his busy career (he's making his 60th album), how does Donny balance five sons, five grandsons and a granddaughter?
“They are one and the same, because you love them all the same," he reveals. "I treat [my grandkids] just like I did my sons.“
But, he jokes, “it’s nicer being a grandfather, because when there’s a problem, it's ‘Go off to your mom and dad!’"
Marie, 54, a first-time grandma with the birth of Stephen Jr. in December, tells Closer the best part is "to watch your children be parents. Suddenly they look at you differently, and go, 'Awww, that's how much you love me!'"

"They call me Glam-ma!" says Marie, with grandson Stephen Jr. on "The Talk"
She adds, “Being a grandma’s the best. You get all the fun, not all the stress!”
