Giada De Laurentiis Shows Off Her Amazing Swuimsuit Body During Beach Day With Daughter — See the Pics!
Lookin’ good, Giada De Laurentiis! The chef showed off her amazing figure in a blue one-piece swimsuit when she hit the beach in Miami with her 10-year-old daughter, Jade Marie, on Thursday, February 21, during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.
Giada’s, 48, clean diet and exercise regimen keeps her looking very fit. “I like a starch or a grain in the morning. That’s just how I like to start my day,” she said in a previous interview with Delish. “When I was growing up, my mom used to make farro, which is a cracked wheat, right, and she used to just make a pot of it, like people make oatmeal.” When the TV personality is not at home, her diet is very different.
“When I’m traveling, I’ll do oatmeal instead, because it’s much easier to find in hotels,” she revealed. “It’s a really healthy way to start your day, it fills me up for several hours — I feel really light — and that olive oil really does help the complexion.”
