Gordon Ramsay And Wife Tana Expecting Baby No. 5 Two Years After Suffering Miscarriage

Congratulations are in order! Gordon Ramsay took to Instagram on Tuesday, Jan. 1 to share some very exciting news with fans: he and his wife, Tana Ramsay, are expecting their fifth child together. What a way to start off 2019…

“Exciting news!” the 52-year-old Food Network star shared on the social media platform. “Happy new year from all the Ramsay’s.” The video featured the duo’s four kids, Megan, 21, twins Holly and Jack, both 19, and Matilda, 17, waving at the camera and saying “Happy New Year.” The clip ended with pregnant Tana, 44, showing off her growing baby bump! Fans immediately took to the comments to express their excitement. “Congratulations to you both on the news of another child. Happy New Year to all the family Gordon,” one wrote. “Congratulations Chef and family, I’m so happy for you all,” another added. “Congratulations. Amazing new year ahead,” one commented.

News of their newest addition on the way comes more than two years after the duo sadly revealed they suffered a miscarriage. “Hi guys, Tana and I want to thank you so much for your support over the past couple of weeks. We had a devastating weekend as Tana has sadly miscarried our son at five months. We’re together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes. I’d especially like to send a big thank you to the amazing team at Portland Hospital for everything they’ve done,” Gordon wrote in his emotional post in June 2016. Gordon and Tana announced that fifth pregnancy that May.

Even though the Ramsay brood is growing today, the Hell’s Kitchen star previously revealed that he wouldn’t leave his fortune to his kids. “It’s definitely not going to them, and that’s not in a mean way; it’s to not spoil them,” Gordon revealed of his earnings to The Telegraph. What a good dad!

We can’t wait to meet their bundle of joy in a few months!
