Ever wonder how Mark Wahlberg manages to stay so fit? He uses a very specific workout routine that anyone can try. The 47-year-old’s go-to fitness regime is through F45 Training.
The Australian company combines three separate fitness training styles into one: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training. In total, F45 offers 31 different 45-minute workout experiences. According to the company, their workouts, which merge interval, cardiovascular and strength training together, have been proven to be the most effective method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
The Ted actor tried F45 for the first time in November 2018 and has been hooked ever since, falling in love with the concept and the sense of community that the company offers.
