John Travolta and Kelly Preston Celebrate 28th Wedding Anniversary — Read Their Sweet Messages to Each Other

We’re not crying, you are. It’s very clear that John Travolta and Kelly Preston are crazy in love, and they reminded us of that fact when they honored each other with the sweetest messages for their 28th wedding anniversary.

The famous pair took to Instagram on Thursday, September 5 to praise one another on their special day. Kelly, 56, first captioned a photo of the pair, “To my dearest Johnny, the most wonderful man I know. You have given me hope when I have felt lost, loved me patiently and unconditionally … made me laugh harder than any other human being possible … shared the most beautiful highs and at times lows.”

“You’re a dream Daddio and make life so much fun!” she added. I trust my love with you implicitly … with you I know I will always be okay no matter what happens … I love you forever and completely. Happy 28th Anniversary!” Now that’s love! Not to be outdone, the Grease actor, 65, also sent praises his partner’s way in a shorter message.

“Happy Anniversary to my wonderful wife, Kelly,” the Oscar nominee wrote. A man of few words.

Fans were loving the adorable gesture, as they took to the comments section to respond. “Omg my heart. You too are the cutest!” one person said. Another added, “You guys always look so happy.” The pair tied the knot in 1991. They share three kids — daughter Ella, 19, and sons, Benjamin, 8, and Jett. The couple’s eldest son tragically passed away in 2009.

The Hollywood duo have been quite open about their love for each other in the past — the Face/Off star once exclusively told Closer Weekly, “We really care deeply about each other and we protect each other — and we keep [our relationship] up to date.”

The actress added, “Keep checking in and keep growing and changing. Keep doing things, just the two of you.” John also had a bit more to add.  Some couples, “don’t explore what the new needs are for each other. If you take a little bit of energy to take inventory of ‘What are you interested in lately?’ then you can keep it fresh,” he said.
