John Travolta Dancing at the Cannes Film Festival Is Hilarious — Watch the Video!

He's still got it! John Travolta showed off his killer dance moves at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday, May 15 alongside rapper 50 Cent. Despite the fact that it's been a staggering 41 years since the actor starred in Saturday Night Fever, it's clear he hasn't lost an ounce of his mojo. Ok, so clearly his grooves are a bit more dad-like than debonair, but we still love him and we're not the only ones. 50 Cent took to Twitter shortly after John's guest appearance. "Me and John Travolta partying," the "Just a Lil Bit" artist gushed. "l swear l only came out here because of him." Musical artist Pitbull was originally supposed to perform, but after falling ill, 50 stepped in.

The performance took place following the premiere of John's Film, Gotti, in which he played legendary mobster John Gotti and the actor's real-life wife, Kelly Preston, played Gotti's wife Victoria. Speaking with USA Today, the father-of-three explained how the impromptu Cannes dance party came together.

"It was my idea to go up and do it. I couldn't leave him hanging," he explained. "I thought, 'I'm going to go and make something viral here. If [50 Cent] is going to travel 20 hours to get here, the least I can do is go up and hang with him on stage."

If you suspected that the 64-year-old would be embarrassed by his shuffling, you thought wrong. "The dance was just whatever I felt at the moment, it doesn't really have a name to it," he commented. "It's just being cool, I guess." Good for you, John, keep living your best life!
