Passing it down! We are sure that Olivia Newton-John has plenty of incredible memorabilia from her career. However, the actress reveals that she kept some significant items for her only daughter, Chloe, ahead of a huge auction.

The 71-year-old attended Julien’s Auctions: Property from the Collection of Olivia Newton-John VIP Reception on Tuesday, October 29, and discussed the many items that she will soon put up to benefit the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre out in Australia. Although, not everything will be sold off — some will be kept for her grown child, 33. “I’ve kept a few things. I mean I’ve kept a few things of course for my daughter, and things like that,” the “Physical” singer exclusively told Closer Weekly. “Things that are very sentimental. But these were clothes, and it’s wonderful they’re going to be moved on and make some money.”

One item the Grammy winner won’t be keeping is the iconic black leather outfit that she wears in the final scene of the 1978 musical Grease alongside costar John Travolta — even if the zipper doesn’t work. “I obviously couldn’t zip them up, because the zipper’s broken. So that’s my story, and I did really well,” Olivia explained. While the dancer is expected to put 500 items up for auction, she isn’t exactly hesitant to let go of some of the articles of clothing from her most well known movie.

“Not at all. Happy to share,” Olivia said, adding that she’s all for sharing the love. One wonderful piece of clothing that the blonde beauty will be letting go is her very own Pink Lady jacket. “I wanted to be a Pink Lady, I wanted to be accepted by them,” she recently told ET. “But, of course, I wasn’t a part of the team in the end. So, the crew, at the end of filming, presented me with my own Pink Lady jacket, so I’d feel part of it.” So sweet!

We really hope this incredible auction raises a lot of money for cancer treatment!
