Congratulations, Amy Purdy!

The 35-year-old snowboarding Paralympian is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Daniel Gale, she announced via her Twitter account on Thursday, May 14.

"Just said 'yes' to this amazing man! #engaged #love #puertorico," Amy captioned a sweet snapshot of her on vacation with her fiancé.

The Dancing with the Stars Season 18 runner-up— who lost both of her legs below the knee after contracting a form of bacterial meningitis at age 19 — and Daniel appeared together during the 2012 season of the reality competition The Amazing Race.

"[Thank you] for all the happy wishes! I'm grateful 2 have a loving & supportive man by my side who has been there 4 me through thick and thin! #love," Amy wrote in a subsequent tweet after announcing her big news.
