Time to move on. Jennifer Garner has purchased quite the new mansion for herself just a few months after she and her ex-husband Ben Affleck sold their marital home to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo.

The Alias alum, 46, apparently handed over $7.9 million to buy the Los Angeles property on January 17. The actress’ new 3,245-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and three baths — a far cry from the previous home she lived in with her now ex Ben, 46. The duo purchased their former home together on March 31, 2009, three years into their marriage, from mega-producer Brian Grazer for a whopping $17 million. And it might have been worth every penny as it came with five bedrooms and seven more bathrooms than what the average homeowner has.

But that home, which was previously owned by legendary actor Gregory Peck, who is most known for starring in To Kill A Mockingbird, is not theirs anymore as, on December 20, 2018, the ex-lovebirds sold it to the Maroon 5 frontman, 39, and his wife, 30, for $32 million. Quite the profit! Last April, the Justice League star bought a $19 million Pacific Palisades house in the same neighborhood where he used to reside with Jen when they were happily married.

It certainly seems like Jennifer and Ben have just about completely moved on from their 10-year Hollywood marriage. Not only are they now living in separate homes but they’re also working well at coparenting their three kids, Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 6.

Last month, the Elektra star was spotted on a lunch date with Samuel and soon after that, the Argo director was photographed taking a stroll in Santa Monica with Seraphina, so it’s clear that all is well between the pair when it comes to sharing their children.
