Prince Louis Gets a Sweet Kiss From His Big Sister Princess Charlotte — See the Adorable Photo!

This is just too precious! Kate Middleton and Prince William are absolutely over the moon with newborn son Prince Louis, and now the royal couple is sharing more photos of their baby boy with fans. Kensington Palace released a new photo of the little prince on Instagram on Saturday, May 5 and in the adorable shot, Prince Louis slept while his big sister Princess Charlotte planted a gentle kiss on his head!

"‪The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, taken by The Duchess at Kensington Palace," the caption read. "This image of Prince Louis was taken by The Duchess of Cambridge at Kensington Palace on April 26.‬ ‪The Duke and Duchess would like to thank members of the public for their kind messages following the birth of Prince Louis, and for Princess Charlotte’s third birthday.‬"

This is the first photo of Louis with one of his siblings, but it's not the first photo fans have seen of him. He made his photo debut after he stepped out with his mom and dad for the first time only seven hours after they welcomed him on Monday, April 23 — and the first photos of their third royal baby are so adorable (did we mention how fabulous Kate looks considering she just gave birth?!).

In their post-birth pics, their bundle of joy is sweetly cuddling in Kate's arms while wrapped in his cozy-looking white knit blanket and matching hat. The photos very much resemble the ones the royal couple took when they welcomed Prince George and Princess Charlotte back in July 2013 and May 2015 respectively.

Kensington Palace previously announced the birth of royal baby No. 3 with a statement that read, "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry, and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news." The baby's name has not been released at this time.

Kate and William revealed they were expecting again in September 2017. "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child. The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news," a statement released by Kensington Palace read last fall.

The royal couple left the hospital rather quickly so that they could head back to Kensington Palace to join older kids George and Charlotte. Prior to their exit, Kate and William shared a statement on Twitter to thank those at the Lindo Wing for all their care the past day. "Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank all staff at the hospital for the care and treatment they have received. They would also like to thank everyone for their warm wishes," the statement read. Here's hoping we get to see more new photos of this little guy — perhaps at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming wedding?
