Sharon Osbourne Took Nude Photos of Herself Post-Weight Loss to Remind Her to Stay Motivated

TV personality Sharon Osbourne recently admitted that she has taken nude photos of herself, but the reason behind it is an important one.

“When I initially lost all my weight, I had a lot of loose skin hanging everywhere. And so, I went in to have that removed,” the 67-year-old said during an episode of The Talk. “And before I did, I took pictures of myself. I did it myself, all over. And I did it to remind myself I never want to go back there again.” The former America’s Got Talent judge even revealed that she keeps the pics around.

“I have them at home,” Sharon said to her cohosts. “My family has seen them. But you know, they were basically just for me, to always make me realize, you know, it’s so easy to go back.” In fact, she even looks at them from time to time.

Sharon — who shares three kids three kids with longtime husband Ozzy Osbourne — has also been quite open about her personal life. She recently had no problem discussing her facelift during her appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “I had this thing where they lifted up my mouth and then for the first week I couldn’t feel my mouth, I can hardly feel my mouth now, to be honest with you,” the music manager joked. “I couldn’t find my mouth. It was numb and it was up on one side and I looked like Elvis [Presley].”

“All the kids and Ozzy are going ‘Why are you snarling at me’ and I’m like ‘I’m not snarling I’m not doing anything!’” she added. Although, her daughter Kelly Osbourne was by her side during the serious procedure.

“Kelly was with me for most of the time and when I woke up, she told me that I was going, ‘Help me, help me!’ And she’s like, ‘What can I do for you?’” Sharon recalled during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. “I’m like, ‘Just help me’ … I don’t know what I wanted help for!”
