This ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Rivalry Still Leaves Fans Divided
Hope and Steffy are rivals again on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful,’ battling over Forrester Creations’ leadership and the Hope For the Future fashion line.
In 2025, The Bold and the Beautiful brought forever rivals Hope Logan and Steffy Forrester together to support their mutual ex-husband, Liam, when he was dying from a brain tumor. A year later, it turned out that Liam never had a brain tumor. In fact, he is married to Hope again and Hope and Steffy are right back at it, bringing their rivalry back to the forefront.
Enemies Till the End on The Bold and the Beautiful?
Hope (Annika Noelle) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) grew up with one another as sometimes-stepsisters, seeing Hope’s mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Steffy’s dad, Ridge, marry multiple times. By their late teens, they were fighting one another over Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), with each of them marrying Liam multiple times. They even took turns marrying Liam’s brother, Wyatt (Darin Brooks).
In recent years, their rivalry has evolved. Steffy is firmly over Liam and enjoying wedded bliss with John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), but she made sure to break up Hope’s romance with her brother, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson). Now, their beef is both professional and personal, with Steffy wanting to shelve Hope’s fashion line again and Hope trying to install Brooke as CEO of Forrester Creations, thus ousting Steffy. And, as always, fans are in their corners.
“According to Steffy, Hope is acting like a teenager because… *checks notes* she’s asking about work at work? Being concerned about your job security is acting like a bratty child?” one angry X user asked.
A TeamSteffy fan countered, while standing up to her fave, saying, “Hope should keep quiet because Steffy earned her place and has made enormous contributions to Forrester Creations for years and Miss Crybaby got her line thanks to Katie. Brooke talks about creativity, but isn’t that what Eric and Ridge do?”
As it stands now, Steffy isn’t willing to give up her position as co-CEO, which means Hope is going to have a choice to make. Does she move her fashion line, Hope For the Future, to rival fashion house Logan, or does she stay at Forrester Creations to continue fighting things out with Steffy, as she has done so many times before? One thing is for certain: as long as Hope and Steffy fight it out on-screen, their fans will remain in separate corners off-screen.
