Those golden Emmys statues couldn’t hold a candle to the glowing faces of the lead actress nominees that walked the red carpet on Sunday. Hollywood is looking younger, longer. If you too are interested in taking a dip in the fountain of youth, here are a few non-invasive skincare secrets from industry insider Melissa Haloossim, nurse practitioner and co-founder of Skin Thesis in West Hollywood.

Radiant Michelle Williams, 38, took home a big win for Lead Actress in a Limited Series. “Her skin is very smooth, she has a glow, a look of pure hydration,” Melissa tells Closer. “You can achieve this look with a Laser Facial which stimulates collagen, improving the texture of the skin, specifically targeting pores and fine lines.” The best part? There’s no downtime — it works for any skin type.

Christina Applegate, 47, seems to never age! The new trend in celebrity face care is “to maintain their own beauty, so not to look like a totally different person.” This wasn’t always the case. “We’ve all seen over-done work. Now it’s about micro-dosing when it comes to injectables.” Melissa points out that you can shave off five years by replacing a loss of fullness in the cheeks with “Voluma because it is not a hydrophilic filler, it won’t blow up and create a look of water-retention.”

Natural beauty Julia Louis Dreyfus, 58, is the definition of aging gracefully. She isn’t trying to hide every single wrinkle. “When you get into your 40s and 50s, it’s about skin laxity and doing the deeper collagen work to tighten and lift.” Melissa gets her clients these results by combining an LED Facial with an Oxygen Facial: “The different light wavelengths help repair collagen, nurture it and stimulate the skin.”
