Prince William and Princess Kate Vow to ‘Remain Dignified’ Amid Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Return

Keep calm and carry on! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s move back to the U.K. may have come as a huge shock to Prince William and Princess Kate, but they’re vowing not to let that distract them from their work, a source tells Closer.

“They’ve had a relaxing summer,” the source says of the Waleses, who recently spent some time at Balmoral Castle in Scotland with their three children, Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8, before returning home to Windsor.

“But they’ve got an awful lot coming up, so they’re all business now,” shares the source, adding that all of the “Sussex hysteria has only strengthened their resolve to do what they do best, which is work hard and get on with it.”

Of course, “that doesn’t mean they’re going to let Harry and Meghan cross any boundaries,” Closer‘s source notes. “But they do feel it’s crucial that they remain dignified and focus on serving the crown and the people, rather than getting distracted by all the noise.”

For nearly seven years, thousands of miles have separated Harry, 41, and Meghan, 45, from William and Kate, both 44. However, with the Sussexes’ recent move back to the U.K with their two children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, that will no longer be the case.

“There’s a sense that William is going to have to be watching over his shoulder the whole time,” a source told Vanity Fair in an article published on Friday, August 28. “He doesn’t know what his brother is going to spring on them all next.”
