Another year of love! Plenty of celebrity couples walked down the aisle to celebrate their magical love stories in 2020. Actress Kathy Griffin was one of the first to share the news of her marriage when she said “I do” to boyfriend Randy Bick on January 1.

Music mogul David Foster‘s daughter Erin Foster also announced she tied the knot with longtime love Simon Tikhman on January 2. However, many Hollywood couples like Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez had to put a pause on their wedding plans due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Popular duos like Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell, however, decided to still go through with their nuptials. In late March, the Crikey! It’s the Irwins star revealed she married her conversationalist fiancé despite having to “change everything” to comply with social distancing measures amid COVID-19.

“We held a small ceremony and I married my best friend. There are no words to describe the amount of love and light in my heart right now,” Bindi gushed alongside a photo of the newlyweds kissing. “We’ve planned this beautiful day for nearly a year and had to change everything, as we didn’t have guests at our wedding.”

“This was a very difficult decision but important to keep everyone safe,” Bindi continued at the time. “We wish all of our friends and family could have been there with us, however, it’s lovely that we will be able to share photos and videos. Right now, we’re encouraging the world to hold onto hope and love, which will carry us forward during this profound time in history.”

Kathie Lee Gifford‘s daughter, Cassidy Gifford, also kept her original wedding date as she tied the knot with longtime love Ben Wierda in mid-June. “Ben and Cassidy got married in an intimate setting in his backyard in Michigan,” the beautiful bride’s manager told People in a statement. “They’re planning on having a big celebration when it’s safe to do so in the future.”

Last year, celebrity couples were getting married left and right. We saw everyone from Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz to Idris Elba and Sabrina Dhowre. We wonder who will be next to confess their love!
