Charlize Theron Gives Fans a Rare Glimpse of Daughters at Big Premiere: ‘Best Part of the Night’
Charlize Theron attended ‘The Odyssey’ premiere with her two children, declaring that having them along was the best part of the night.
Megastar actress Charlize Theron attended the premiere of her newest project, The Odyssey, and she brought two very special guests with her. Theron’s two children, who are rarely seen at events, attended with their mom. When sharing some highlights from the evening via social media, Theron revealed that having her daughters by her side was the best part of the night.
The Daily Mail shared a couple of photos showing Theron with daughters Jackson, 14, and August, 12. Theron’s daughters did not walk the red carpet with her and did not appear to pop up in any official media from the premiere.
However, Theron and the girls were photographed on a sidewalk amid the hustle and bustle of the city. All three were dressed up for the premiere, although it wasn’t clear when the photos were taken in relation to when Theron walked the red carpet solo.
In the photos, August walked just ahead of her mom, and Jackson trailed behind by a few feet. August looked adorable in a black dress, white knee-high socks, and Doc Martens. Her hair was braided and styled in a high bun updo.
Jackson’s ensemble was barely visible in the photos shared by the media outlet. The teen wore black open-toed heels and a black off-the-shoulder top. Jackson also had her hair styled in long braids, and some blonde highlights were incorporated.
Theron wore a white Dior mini-dress for The Odyssey premiere, which seemed to complement her daughters’ outfits perfectly.
In her Instagram Stories, Theron included a couple of glimpses of her daughters. With one, she wrote, “Best part of the night. Having my babies with me.”
That photo showed August and Jackson standing next to one another, and they both wore dark sunglasses. Jackson had one arm resting on the back of her sister’s neck as they both smiled.
The Odyssey has garnered a great deal of attention ahead of its premiere due to its high-profile cast. In addition to Theron having a small role in the film, it stars Matt Damon, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway, Elliot Page, and Robert Pattinson.
