Christina Hall admitted that it’s “bittersweet” to sell her Tennessee home amid her split from estranged husband Josh Hall.

After Christina’s real estate agent, Kelly Dougherty, took to Instagram on Tuesday, October 8, to share a video showing off her stunning property in Leiper’s Fork, the Flip or Flop alum reflected on the sale in the comments section. “Bittersweet … this was an amazing home,” Christina, 41, wrote.

Not only did Christina leave a comment under the video, but many social media users gushed about the home in the comments section. “Gorgeous. We visited Franklin and Leipers fork in August. What a sweet place. I loved sitting on the rocking chairs at the little country store. You’d never know these big beautiful homes are even there. (Well some of them) Such a tranquil town!” one person wrote. Another chimed in, “I wish I could afford this DREAM PROPERTY I’M GONNA MANIFEST THIS HOUSE.”

Kelly posted the video of the home five days after Christina announced she was selling the property. “My Tennessee home is officially for sale,” she wrote via her Instagram Stories on October 3. “Excited for a new venture in business & real estate.”

Christina also included a link to the Zillow listing, which showed off the 23.82-acre home. The property features six bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as a rocking chair porch, a storm shelter, garage and more. The home is currently listed for a $4.5 million asking price.

The home was regularly featured on her show Christina in the Country. When she and her kids – Taylor, Brayden and Hudson – weren’t staying at the Tennessee home, she rented out the property for others to stay at.

She first purchased the home in February 2021 for $2.5 million.

In addition to announcing the listing, Christina also made a jab at Josh, 44, via her Instagram Stories after he had been staying in the home following their split. “I guess ‘Leiper’s Fork’ is gonna have to come off the bio soon. Time to go back to reality soon…” she wrote. “Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog? I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind… Byeeee.”

Josh filed for divorce from Christina in July, and stated that “irreconcilable differences” were the reason for their split. He asked for spousal support and an equal division of community property acquired during the marriage. Christina also filed her own divorce paperwork, asking the court to terminate her ex’s right to spousal support.

Later that month, Christina filed more court documents in which she accused Josh of transferring $35,000 in rental income to his personal bank account behind her back.

“For the month of June, Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate rental income to his account,” she wrote in the July 26 filing. “I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance and maintenance for these rental properties.”

Josh was ordered to pay back the money to Christina in a legal agreement in September, per People. The outlet also reported that Christina and Josh had reached a temporary agreement that he was allowed to live in the Tennessee house as long as it was not being rented out to tenants.

Christina also agreed to pay Josh $100,000 to use for bills and attorney fees, and she took full possession of their home in Newport Beach, California, and their Eve luxury condominiums in Nashville, Tennessee.
