Fans got a brief glimpse into how Pat Sajak is spending his retirement after leaving his position as the host of the long-running game show, Wheel of Fortune.
Pat, 79, appeared in a TikTok video posted by his daughter, Maggie Sajak, who has served as the social media correspondent for Wheel of Fortune since 2021. The video shows Pat walking down a hallway in what appears to be their home, lip-syncing to the song “Dracula” by Tame Impala.
The video then cuts to Maggie in a classy tan dress in front of a pool table. She continues to lip sync the song while sinking a ball into the side pocket and then casually joining her dad shoulder-to-shoulder to finish out the song.
“Got him again. thank goodness he likes @Tame Impala,” she captioned the TikTok video.

The brief video offered fans of the host some insight into what his home life is like, now that he’s not onscreen for Wheel of Fortune. Pat announced in 2023 that he would be retiring from the show at the conclusion of the upcoming season, ultimately taking his final bow on June 7, 2024.
In his final broadcast, Pat offered an incredibly heartfelt goodbye speech to the public.
“It’s been an incredible privilege to be invited into millions of homes night after night, year after year, decade after decade,” he said at the time. “And I’ve always felt that the privilege came with a responsibility to keep this daily half hour a safe place for family fun. No social issues, no politics, nothing embarrassing, I hope. Just a game.”
“What an honor to have played even a small part in all that,” he concluded. “Thank you for allowing me into your lives.”
