While accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award at tonight's Golden Globes, George Clooney made us swoon over his touching tribute to wife of four months, Amal Clooney.
"It's a humbling thing when you find someone to love. Even better when you've been waiting your whole life," the actor said. "Amal, whatever alchemy brought us together, I couldn't be prouder to be your husband."

George, who married the gorgeous brunette in Venice last September, revealed to reporters backstage that he wore his wedding tux to tonight's ceremony. Amal, on the other hand, looked ravishing in a black Dior Haute Couture gown and long white gloves.
Earlier in the show, co-hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler joked about George's "trophy husband" status.
"Amal is a human rights lawyer who worked on the Enron case, an advisor to Kofi Annan regarding Syria and was selected to a three-person commission investigating rules of war violations in the Gaza strip,” Tina said. “So tonight her husband is getting a lifetime achievement award.”
Hey, George, we still enjoy your work too!
