Katie Holmes And Boyfriend Jamie Foxx’s Relationship Is Reportedly ‘So Much More Serious This Year’

Ooh la la! Things are heating up between Jamie Foxx and his girlfriend, Katie Holmes. Since they started dating nearly five years ago, Jamie, 51, and Katie, 40, have tried their best to keep their romance out of the public eye. However, a source recently told People that the couple’s “relationship seems so much more serious this year” because they’ve been showing a lot more PDA.

“Katie and Jamie keep having public dates, and although they try to not be photographed together, they are clearly not as concerned about keeping their relationship private,” the insider revealed.

In fact, “Katie was all smiles,” when she spent her Dec. 18 birthday with Jamie and her mother, Kathleen. The group visited the popular NYC dessert restaurant Serendipity 3 for ice cream and frozen hot chocolate and, apparently, Katie and Jamie couldn’t keep their hands off of each other. “She and Jamie were flirty,” the source said.

Another insider recently told Us Weekly that “Katie and Jamie looked happy” at the restaurant. They “all seemed like they were having a great time,” and didn’t want it to end. Even when the two were filming different projects in New Orleans this past November, they still made sure to make time for one another.

“Once they’ve wrapped, Katie and Jamie will go off together for a romantic dinner or take a walk around the French Quarter,” a source told Life & Style magazine at the time, adding that Jamie and Katie would sometimes “go back to their place and order in.”

According to In Touch Weekly, Jamie and Katie were also living together in New Orleans at the time because they couldn’t bear to be apart from each other. “Jamie’s completely head-over-heels in love with Katie,” an insider dished to the magazine, adding that when Jamie’s around Katie, it makes her feel like she’s home.
