Mariah Carey Hilariously Reveals Son Moroccan, 7, Bought a Dog Online and Spent $5K on Amazon

He's just seven years old, but Mariah Carey's son, Moroccan Cannon, is already giving the singer quite a headache when it comes to technology. During a recent Jimmy Kimmel Live! appearance, Mariah revealed it's super hard to keep an eye on her son since he already knows how to operate every gadget in the house!

"My son is like a technological genius," the singer told host Jimmy Kimmel. "I have to control [my kids] with iPads because literally he charged $5,000 on Amazon. Yeah he did, he figures everything out!"

Not only did Mariah's son spend thousands on the online website, but he also purchased a pet not on Mariah's watch though!). The "We Belong Together" singer explained that it happened when Moroccan was recently with his dad, Nick Cannon.

"And then the other night, apparently he was with Nick and he ordered a dog. And they called him and they were like, 'Your dog is ready.' [Nick] was like, 'I didn't order any damn dog," she shared. But when Mariah heard the news, she canceled the order immediately. "We have dogs. They have pets! They have fish. They have everything they need," she told Jimmy, to which he joked, "You can order dogs online now? Boy, this Amazon is unbelievable!"

Mariah, 48, welcomed Moroccan and daughter Monroe Cannon with her ex-husband, Nick, 37, during their past eight-year marriage. The couple later called it quits in 2016. Mariah previously told Entertainment Tonight that although her marriage with Nick ended, they still have an amazing relationship when it comes to co-parenting their twins.

"He's a good guy," Mariah said. "It's not that hard to make it work. Now we can laugh, and joke, and do the good parts of when we had a relationship." And the singer isn't the only one gushing about their relationship. Nick previously told In Touch that he has "never seen someone so giving" as his ex-wife. He added, "She's an amazing, outstanding, top-of-the-line mother."

We'd love for Nick and Mariah to get back together in the future, but when Nick was recently asked if they might rekindle their romance he replied, "in my dreams, maybe!" We can dream, too!
