Michael Douglas Still Has ‘Strong Bond’ With Glenn Close 40 Years After ‘Fatal Attraction’

Michael Douglas and Glenn Close have a rock-solid friendship that dates back to their famous 1987 performance in Fatal Attraction, and a source exclusively tells Closer that they still make time to catch up with each other despite their busy schedules.

“Getting to know Glenn Close and working with her on Fatal Attraction continues to be a true high point for Michael, and he still talks about that movie and that experience like it happened yesterday, not decades ago,” the source says.

While the blockbuster remains one of Douglas’ most memorable films, the source says the friendship he built with Close, 79, has proven to be just as meaningful.
