Who Is Nicole Kidman’s Sister? Meet Antonia Kidman!

Did you know Nicole Kidman has a sister?!

Three years after Nicole’s June 1967 birth, Antony and Janelle Kidman welcomed their second child, daughter Antonia Kidman, in July 1970. Today, Antonia is famous just like her older sister and works as an award-winning Australian journalist and TV presenter.

Antonia, 46, began her journalism career as a researcher for the Aussie morning talk show, Today. She later worked as a newscaster for network NBN Television and now has a long professional relationship with Foxtel.

Nicole’s younger sibling — who is a mom-of-six! — has also starred in two instructional yoga videos and has penned two parenting books.

The TV star welcomed her four eldest children — daughter Lucia, 19, son Hamish, 16, son James, 14, and daughter Sybella, 10 — with her first husband, Angus Hawley. Antonia and Angus were married in February 1996 and divorced 11 years later in May 2006. Angus sadly died of a heart attack at age 46 in April 2015.

In April 2010, Antonia tied the knot with Craig Marran and the couple are now parents to sons Nicholas, 6, and Alexander, 4. Today, the author and her family reside in Singapore.

In a 2016 No Filter podcast, Antonia revealed she’s now finally confident living outside of her sister’s spotlight. When asked if growing older has helped her with the idea of living in Nicole’s shadow, Antonia candidly replied, “I think so, and maybe living in Singapore too.”

“I’m Antonia Marran [in Singapore] and it’s lovely, it’s good,” she continued. “You’re totally out of the loop. The media isn’t the same.”

Later in the interview, Antonia revealed her two children Sybella and Nicholas are especially close with Nicole’s young daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, because all four kids are around the same age. How fun!
