Olivia Newton-John’s Husband Recently Watched ‘Grease’ For The First Time — In The Coolest Place!

No way! We just learned that Olivia Newton-John‘s husband, John Easterling, recently watched Grease for the first time (seriously, how has he gone without seeing the flick over the past 40 years?). Olivia shared all the exciting details about her husband’s first-time experience with the film when she recently appeared on The Project. 

Apparently, he saw it with John Travolta! “John invited us for dinner at his house and he has a house with a runway as you do, that was always his dream,” she explained of how the night began. “So my John was telling JT (John Travolta) he never saw the movie, so John invited us on his plane which he recently had refurbished and my husband’s a pilot and he loves planes.”

Olivia’s hubby of 10 years ended up watching the film in the most perfect way — next to the original Sandy Olsson and Danny Zuko! “He had Grease playing on the television screen so he got to watch Grease on a plane with me and John,” she shared. So lucky!

Before Olivia went to John’s house for dinner, she recently reunited with him this past August for the film’s 40th anniversary. Fans were in awe both when Olivia gave John a sweet kiss on the cheek and when they started to re-enact one of the most famous dance moves from Grease.

At the event, Olivia appeared to be in great health, but shortly after she danced the night away with John, she appeared on Channel Seven’s Sunday Night to reveal that she has not been in good health as of late. In fact, Olivia recently confirmed that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time.

Olivia first battled the deadly disease in 1992 and again in 2013. “I’m going to win over it again,” she said on the show. We wish her nothing but the best!
