How sweet! Duchess Kate‘s family got up very early on Christmas morning to attend their annual church service with Queen Elizabeth. However, this year was a bit different for the royal family because Prince George and Princess Charlotte came along too.

The two young royals both clenched onto their parents’ hands as they left the church with the 93-year-old queen. But instead of heading back home to Kensington Palace, they joined Kate and Prince William when to greet royal fans outside of the house of worship.

Kate, 37, made sure her kids were by her side at all times and she even kneeled down to explain something to her daughter before she brought the 4-year-old over to thank the clergyman. After that, Charlotte met a couple of kids her age and was even gifted a cute pink flamingo by one of her admirers.

“She came over with her mom, she liked the doll,” the woman who gave Charlotte the present told Sky News. “Her manners are outstanding — but she’s cheeky, she wasn’t at all scared.”

After the church service, Charlotte will join the rest of her family at Queen Elizabeth’s Sandringham estate. The young royal is so excited to spend the holiday with her loved ones that she’s been singing all sorts of Christmas songs at home.

“Charlotte’s constantly singing Christmas carols — ‘Silent Night’ is her favorite,” an insider recently revealed to Closer Weekly. “She’s got one of the main roles in the school play and has been practicing her lines with her mom. She’s so dramatic but in a cute, adorable way!”

At the estate, Charlotte will spend a lot of quality time with her family. Every year, the queen makes a delicious lunch and decorates her house to the nines. “[Elizabeth] always makes a huge effort to turn her home into a winter wonderland,” another insider explained. “The kids were wowed by tree and decorations!”

We know Charlotte can’t wait for the presents either. Since she’s been a very good girl this year, she’ll probably get everything she wants from Santa!
