Why ‘General Hospital’ Fans Think Quinn is a Red Herring and Not Trina’s Stalker

General Hospital ended Friday on a terrifying note as Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) entered an apartment with Quinn (Jequan Jackson), who may or may not be the person who has been stalking her for months. The scene was set to peg Quinn as the stalker, but GH fans have another theory that could pan out.

Quinn had just found Trina outside the Jerome Gallery with car trouble and offered to drive her home. On the way, he said he had to make a stop at his sister’s place and asked Trina to come in. Before they entered the apartment, the audience saw the room with a shrine to Trina and her latest song playing on a laptop.

The apartment Trina walked into had candles lit and rose petals on the bed, with Trina’s song playing on the speakers, all set for a romantic evening. That seemed to indicate that Quinn was Trina’s stalker and the shrine he had created was in another room, but some GH fans believe otherwise.

“So after re-watching Friday scenes a few more times, I think it’s clear that the room with the creepy Trina collage and Quinn’s room are not the same room,” one fan theorized. “But it’s the way that it’s edited that makes it appear that way. It’s clear it was done that way to set up the cliffhanger. It’s actually really clever editing.”

The same fan thinks that a recent preview from Swoon comes into play. The teaser claimed that Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) was going to set up a romantic evening for Trina. Perhaps Quinn was helping his friend.

“I don’t think Quinn is the stalker for two reasons one there is a spoiler that says Kai is planning a romantic evening for Trina, which I think it’s this,” they wrote on X. “And second, we know Emma plans to unmask the stalker, which hasn’t happened yet.”

Many fans also think Heather Webber plays a role in this story, since Alley Mills is set to bring the character back this month. Heather has already stalked and murdered people close to Trina and could be back to terrorize her some more.

“Somehow I’m not buying Quinn as Trina’s stalker,” another fan said, summing things up. “He’s just a guy who’s working on his career after college and is sorry he burned bridges with a star like Kai by badmouthing Trina. #GH Maybe he’ll help Kai save her from Heather.
