Erin Napier Shares Sweet Photos of Ben Napier Snuggled Up With Daughters Helen and Mae at Home

As if we needed further proof that Ben Napier is the best dad ever, Erin Napier shared some cute photos of the HGTV star cuddled up with his daughters at home! The pictures will warm your heart.

“What safe looks like,” Erin, 39, captioned pictures of Ben, 41, sitting on the couch with daughter Mae in his lap. Their eldest daughter, Helen, sat on a sofa nearby. Ben gave his youngest daughter a sweet embrace as she held onto a stuffed horse.

Fans were touched by the heartfelt post and praised Erin and Ben’s parenting in the comments section.

“Such a sweet pic! You both are great parents and handled things so well while being in the spotlight,” one person wrote. “You’ve definitely given your girls a safe place and protected them from so much.”

Ben previously opened up about his health and fitness journey and how he was inspired to lose weight once he became a father to Helen, now 6, in January 2018. Mae, now 3, arrived in May 2021.

“Having Helen made me want to be healthier so I could be around a lot longer and see her grow up and see her whole life,” he told Country Living in January 2019.

“He gets up at 4:30 and plays basketball in the backyard every morning,” Erin added. “I will not complain about it. It’s great for his heart — I don’t care if it wakes me up.”

At the time of the interview, he revealed that he was down 55 pounds. He has since confirmed that he lost 95 pounds total since kickstarting his health journey.

“We’re all trying to be healthier and trying to live better and trying to live longer,” the woodworker told Entertainment Tonight in November 2023. “I started just [because I knew] I needed to take some weight off. And then we did an interview … and my shirt wouldn’t stay buttoned and I was like, ‘Oh, that’s a bad look. That is a bad thing.’ I was already working [on my weight] and then that jumpstarted it.”

With the support of Erin and their family, Ben has been able to maintain his weight loss and inspire viewers at home.

“I like only eat ‘girl dinner,’ which is basically crackers for two meals a day. I just crave crackers and maybe a little cheese, charcuterie, a little fruit, maybe a crunchy carrot. Ben just basically adopted eating the way I was eating,” Erin told the outlet about how they changed up their eating habits at home at the time. “He has one big meal. He eats a good, healthy, big lunch… Last night for supper he ate some dates. He’s obsessed with dates!”

“I want him to live forever. That’s what I care about,” she added.
