Aww, Kelly Clarkson sure deserves the mom-of-the-year award!

The 35-year-old American Idol winner took to Twitter on Wednesday, June 28 to share the big news that she is writing another children’s book — and it’s all about her adorable three-year-old daughter, River Rose, once again!

“ANNOUNCEMENT! NEW BOOK River Rose and the Magical Christmas on sale 10/24 https://www.hc.com/riverrose @HarperChildrens #Umm #BetweenTwoXmasFerns,” Kelly wrote on the social media platform.

“She’s at such a fun age,” Kelly said in the video. “She just gets so excited about it, I thought it would be a fun book for her to read.” The story is about River Rose waiting up on Christmas Eve to hand-deliver her letter to Santa Claus, but she and her dog fall asleep and end up taking a visit to the North Pole.

Kelly’s new project comes just eight months after her first book, River Rose and the Magical Lullaby, was released. In February 2016, she revealed her first publication was in the works.

“I’m officially a children’s book author,” Kelly wrote on Twitter alongside an adorable video of herself announcing the new project at the time. “River Rose and the Magical Lullaby comes out this October!”

In the sweet clip, the “Miss Independent” singer explained the backstory that inspired her to create that piece of children’s literature. “It’s kind of a cool thing to be on a plane with my daughter, we were going on trips to the UK and Asia and Australia, all these amazing places that she was too little to remember,” she said, later adding that all of their mother-daughter stories morphed into a book. “Basically I started writing down these little fun stories — of like when we went to Australia and she got to hang out with some kangaroos.”

“I guess my hope is for little kids to read River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and be inspired by it, and know they can achieve anything,” Kelly added. “And still dream big and make big things happen.”

Kelly and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, 40, welcomed River Rose in June 2014. The couple — who tied the knot in October 2013 — are also parents to a 14-month-old son, Remington.
