Lorenzo Lamas Makes Major Divorce Move as Heather Locklear Romance Heats Up
Lorenzo Lamas files for default divorce judgment from Kenna Nicole Scott amid his budding romance with Heather Locklear.
As the romance between Lorenzo Lamas and Heather Locklear heats up, the actor has taken a step forward to get his divorce from Kenna Nicole wrapped up. The split between Lamas, 68, and his estranged wife, Kenna Nicole Scott, was reported by TMZ in July 2025.
According to TMZ on June 29, Lamas has filed new legal documents in his divorce case. The media outlet reviewed the documents and indicated the Falcon Crest alum is requesting that a judge issue a default judgment for the divorce, due to a lack of response from Scott.
The media outlet added that according to Lamas’ latest filing, there is no agreement in place between the actor and his estranged wife. However, the filing also indicated that there are no assets or debts that need to be split between the two. In addition, TMZ shared that Lamas has requested that spousal support for both sides be terminated.
The couple wed in October 2023, noted People. They met in April 2020, and Lamas proposed in February 2021. When Lamas announced the engagement, he shared, “It is a love like no other and we look forward to the day we become husband and wife.”
The press release issued by Lamas at the time continued, “Sometimes love waits for the stars to align and two soul paths to intersect. We are ecstatic!”
Lamas, also known for starring on Renegade and The Bold and the Beautiful, had been married five times before marrying Scott. He was married to Victoria Hilbert from 1981 to 1982 and Michelle Smith from 1983 to 1985.
He was wed to Kathleen Kinmont from 1989 to 1993, and Shauna Sand from 1996 to 2002. In addition, Lamas was married to Shawna Craig from 2011 to 2018. Lamas has six children: A.J., Shayne, Victoria, Isabella, Alexandra, and Paton.
Locklear has been married twice. She was wed to drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993, and guitarist Richie Sambora from 1994 to 2007. She has one daughter, Ava, with Sambora.
Lamas and Locklear started dating more than four decades after they first met during a photoshoot. They spent New Year’s Eve together in December 2025, shared Us Weekly, and it seems they have been going strong ever since. The pair went public with their romance in April.
