Owen Wilson Welcomes Baby No. 3 With Varunie Vongsvirates

He’s a dad — again! Owen Wilson has welcomed his third child, a baby girl, with Varunie Vongsvirates, Us Weekly confirmed on Tuesday, Oct. 9. The magazine also reported that the actor’s little bundle of joy weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz. and measured 21 inches.

On Wednesday, Oct. 10, E! News revealed the baby’s name is Lyla Aranya Wilson. Vongsvirates, 34, first announced her pregnancy over the summer by sharing an ultrasound photo on her Instagram account. She captioned the post, “Say hello to Lyla. [Three] months to go!” Owen, 49, has yet to comment on the baby’s birth or his current relationship with Vongsvirates.

This past June, the Wedding Crashers star agreed to undergo a paternity test when Vongsvirates claimed he was the father of her unborn baby. At the time, a source close to Owen also told Us Weekly, “Owen has been a great father to his two boys and has maintained a warm and close relationship with their mothers. Of course if a paternity test establishes that he is the father of another child, he will fulfill all of his obligations to support his child.”

Owen is already a dad to two older sons. He welcomed his first child, Robert Ford Wilson, 7, with ex-girlfriend Jade Duell in January 2011 and his second son, Finn Lindqvist Wilson, 4, with Caroline Lindqvist in January 2014. 

During a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Owen opened up about being a dad to two sons and revealed his boys don’t exactly think he’s funny. “I can make a joke, and it’s, like, crickets. It’s like nothing from those guys,” he said. Congrats on the birth of your little girl, Owen!
