Julia Roberts Puts Her Lavish NYC Apartment on the Market for $4.5 Million
Julia Roberts is moving on from her NYC home!
The 47-year-old actress has put her 2,000-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom Manhattan apartment on the market for $4.5 million.

The apartment — listed with Stribling & Associates — also features an expansive living room, a private terrace, a gourmet kitchen, a dining area and a library. It is located in Manhattan's West Village.

According to Page Six, the mom-of-three is selling the abode because she's spending the majority of her time in California with her family. Julia will, however, keep her Gramercy Park property, which is currently being rented out.
