It came as no surprise several years ago when Katherine Heigl took a break from Hollywood following a string of bad movies and controversial comments.
But now, as she promotes her new TV show, State of Affairs, the 35-year-old is finally addressing her less-than-stellar on-set reputation.
When asked at the 2014 TCAs about a 2013 Hollywood Reporter piece, which claimed the actress was "difficult" to work with, Katherine responded, "I can only say that I certainly don't see myself as being difficult, I would never intend to be difficult…If I have ever disappointed somebody, it was never intentional."

Katherine publicly criticized the writing on her hit series "Grey's Anatomy"
The question comes after years of rumors surrounding the star's on-set antics. Once the most bankable rom-com actresses, the blonde beauty quickly found herself unemployed and heavily criticized.
"I took a couple of years off to be with my family…I needed that time," she shared of her hiatus. "I needed to be a mom, and be a wife and be a friend and really revel in that."
Katherine also addressed her steady career decline in the August issue of Marie Claire UK, telling the mag, "The thing that was my best friend for a long time suddenly turned on me, and I didn't expect it. I was taken by surprise and angry at it for betraying me."

The mom-of-two even contemplated quitting the business for good. "I had a moment where, I don't know, I was thinking I'd maybe open a knitting store, get my money out of retirement accounts and live off that, live off the land," Katherine shared.
"I had my moment where it all seemed so complicated and all I wanted to do was simplify."
The actress' new drama premieres Nov. 17 on NBC.
