Tracker Fans Demand to Know Why Bobby Is Missing From the Show
“Chicago” – Colter, Bobby and Reenie race against time to track down a talented MMA fighter who disappeared while trying to solve her family’s trouble with their visas, on the CBS Original series TRACKER, Sunday, March 31 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs)*. Tracker fans are continuing to question the absence of Bobby in season 2. Many took to the comments section of the show’s official Instagram page to voice their questions about the character and when he will possibly return.

Tracker aired season 2, episode 12, on Sunday, March 9, and Bobby was noticeably absent from the episode, as he has been since episode 10. A post on the show’s Instagram page shared screenshots from the episode.

“Where did Bobby go?” one person asked in the comments section, while another person said, “Where on earth is Bobby?”

“I wonder what happened with Bobby and the 2 Women who give Colter the jobs,” another said, referencing the departure of Teddi, who has also been absent in season 2 episodes.

“Did they write him off?” another person asked about Bobby’s whereabouts.

“I’m so glad you guys are back (minus bobby, i miss him)” another fan commented.

On another post on the show’s official Instagram account last week, someone else asked, “Do you guys know what happened to Bobby if he is going come back ?”

“Love the show. I noticed a change in the computer guy. I was wondering why a change was made,” someone else pointed out.

Similarly on X, many viewers were confused by Bobby’s absence in the past few episodes of Tracker.

“Still no bobby?” one person wrote in a post on the social media platform.

“I don’t know what the deal is, but Bobby is missing from Tracker. They’ve got another guy sitting in his place,” someone else wrote.

So far, actor Eric Graise, who portrays Bobby on the show, has not spoken out about his absence from the episodes.

The show instead brought in the character Randy, Bobby’s tech-savvy cousin, who is helping Colter Shaw solve his missing person cases. Randy told Colter that Bobby is handling a family matter off screen. Chris Lee portrays Randy on the show.

Prior to the premiere of Tracker season 2, Eric, 35, reflected on playing Bobby.

“Bobby’s a witty, smart kind of guy … I identify a lot with that,” he said during an August 2024 interview with EBONY. “I was excited to bring a little more of myself to the role.”

He also hinted that Tracker would be exploring more of Bobby’s backstory after an episode where his friend Sun Mai went missing in season 1. In the episode titled “Chicago,” fans got to see Bobby outside of his office as he helped Colter uncover an underground fighting ring. Bobby got a firsthand taste of the action, fighting alongside Colter when they found out the owner of Sun’s gym was the mastermind behind the illegal operation.

“I had an episode where a friend of mine got caught up in something, so I had a little taste of what it’s like to wander around the world we’ve created,” Eric told the outlet. “They’re gonna be continuing that back story. I think that’s something interesting.”

He was also seen in a clip in Tracker’s season 2 midseason trailer, indicating that fans can probably expect to see Bobby back on the show at some point.
