What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas — at least, not for one Donny Osmond fan who filed a lawsuit after attending his residency at Harrah’s.
Joanne Julkowski claims she was struck by an inflatable lit-up ball while in the audience and is now suing Osmond, 68, as well as his production company, Donny Osmond Concerts, and Harrah’s Las Vegas.
Julkowski filed her lawsuit in Nevada’s Clark County District Court on February 10, alleging that Donny Osmond Concerts and Harrah’s were negligent in their “hiring, training, retention, and supervision” of employees, according to People.

Julkowski — who attended Osmond’s show on February 15, 2024—is seeking $15,000 in damages, alleging she suffered “severe emotional distress, including psychological trauma, fear, anxiety, PTSD, and loss of enjoyment of life.”
Her lawyer told People, “Ms. Julkowski went to the Donny Osmond show expecting a fun, family‑friendly experience and instead left with a serious, life‑altering injuries that continue to affect her daily lif.”
According to the lawsuit, the victim required surgery to repair “retinal detachment in her right eye,” and suffered vision impairment.
