Like mother, like daughter! Drew Barrymore is having the time of her life having her little girl, Olive Kopelman follow her around at work. The mom-of-two recently posted a photo to her Instagram of Olive, 6, walking behind her in the hallway of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and gushed about how great it is for Olive to be interested in her career.

“Me at work in the halls of @JimmyFallon at work with my Olive. I’m about to go on stage for my film The Stand-In in character and shoot a scene for the film. I look at this moment and think she is getting so big,” Drew, 44, penned the caption. “And I just like that she likes to hang with her mom. I love to have her at my job and I love that she likes being there. Proud mom. P.S. Thank you, Uncle Jimmy. My girls love you and Olive’s godmother, your wife Nancy!”

Although Drew previously told People that she can’t imagine having Olive and her 4-year-old little sister, Frankie Kopelman, follow in her footsteps and become child actresses, it seems like she may just change her mind. “I’m not going to let them be kid actors,” she revealed. “That’s so not their journey.” But if Olive and Frankie want to become actresses when they’re adults, then their mom would be more supportive.

“If they want to be actors [later] in life, I would be so supportive of it,” Drew admitted, and then joked, “Can you imagine me being [a] mom [who is] pushing her kids out there? That’s not going to happen.”

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, February 28, Drew explained that her new movie, The Stand-In, made her face her “worst fears” in life but also made her really “proud” as an actress. “I Just finished the hardest film I’ve done since Grey Gardens,” Drew confessed. “And the lesson I told my daughters the whole way through making the film (which they would come and visit often) was that if you want to do your best, you have to work harder than you ever have. I also never had two girls to win over and impress like my daughters. If I have made them proud and showed them that an infallible work ethic is key, well then I really did my job.”
