A rep for Mariah Carey has confirmed the songstress and her billionaire boyfriend, James Packer, are engaged.

According to TMZ, the Australian businessman, 48, got down on one knee in front of all his new fiancée's closest friends at a swanky NYC restaurant, while E! News alleges the mother-of-two, 45, is now rocking a 35-carat diamond on that finger!
The proposal comes just seven months after the two began dating.
The upcoming wedding marks marriage No. 3 for both the bride and groom.
