Well, this is a bit uncomfortable. Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor broke up once before, and now that they’ve been back together for nearly a year, Ryan’s getting lots of pressure to pop the question and get engaged. But the pressure isn’t coming from his girlfriend. It’s coming from Ryan’s Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host Kelly Ripa and her husband of 21 years, Mark Consuelos!

“Kelly is pushing Ryan to put a ring on it,” an insider recently revealed to Life & Style magazine. “She and Mark told Ryan he’s not getting any younger and he won’t find anyone better than Shayna.” Kelly and Mark even dropped a deadline on Ryan, 42. “They told him he needs to be married before he turns 45,” the source added. “[They] ganged up on Ryan and told him he needs to pop the question or else he’ll lose Shayna.”
In Ryan’s defense, it’s not like he’s been keeping things casual with his chef girlfriend. He moved Shayna, 26, into his sprawling NYC townhouse in May, and they recently traveled to Italy’s Amalfi Coast and France. To Kelly, though, it’s not enough. “She’s putting pressure on him,” the insider said. “And Mark took her side and told Ryan to step up and propose already!”
