She’s back! The daytime TV world felt pretty empty lately without Wendy Williams, but there’s no need to worry anymore because it was just announced that the talk show host will be making her return to The Wendy Williams Show soon.

Debmar-Mercury, the folks behind the popular daytime program, shared the good news in a statement on Thursday, February 21. “Wendy Williams is an incredible talent with the most unique voice in daytime,” the message began. “We can’t wait to welcome her back to her iconic purple chair on the set of her show on Monday, March 4. We so appreciate all of the guest hosts and panelists who filled in for Wendy during this time. These people are, and always will be, true family to the show. And we want to thank all of the loyal and supportive fans who have been with us for 10 years now.”

The message concluded, “And of course, we thank our station and business partners, who stepped up in such a supportive way.”

Wendy, 54, has been off of her show for nearly three months due to her health as she’s been dealing with her Graves’ disease as well as a fractured shoulder. The TV personality also recently sent out a message for all her fans. “Salute to Debmar-Mercury for believing from the start and thanks to my staff for tirelessly holding it down for me,” she said.

This is certainly good news for everyone, especially for the former radio personality who found herself having to delay her return to her program several times over the past few months. Many familiar faces stepped-up to fill in for Wendy while she was gone including Jerry O’Connell and Nick Cannon.

We are just glad that Wendy seems to be back on the road to being completely healthy again. You can see her sharing her opinion on all things celebrity and pop culture when The Wendy Williams Show returns with original episodes starting on Monday, March 4.
