Bob Barker Returning To “The Price Is Right” For 90th Birthday
Bob Barker is going back to his roots! The legendary game show host is returning to “The Price Is Right” for his 90th birthday on December 12.
The show will air as part of a weeklong celebration featuring pet adoptions in honor of the animal activist. For more than 30 years, Bob reminded viewers at the end of the broadcast to have their pets spayed or neutered, inspiring fellow hosts to follow suit.
The TV personality handed over the “Price Is Right” reigns to comedian Drew Carey in 2007 after 35 seasons as host of the high-rated game show. And he seems to be enjoying retirement.
“I had a job that I loved,” Bob has said. “I was very well paid for it, and now I'm spending my money. I intend to die broke."
