Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be moving into their new home, Frogmore Cottage, soon, but they will reportedly have to spend quite the chunk of change in renovations before doing so.

According to The Times, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, are spending up to $3.8 million to renovate their home in Windsor, England, just months before their first baby arrives. The outlet reveals that the pair is going all out to turn this property from five apartments into a family home. The renovation will apparently include a green energy unit which will cost more than $60,000 to provide heating and hot water for the house. That’s not all, as it seems the couple’s new place will also have numerous fireplaces as well as a floating floor.

Word of this renovation comes after we all learned that their cottage is reportedly pretty dilapidated. A royal source told People at the time that the place will “need considerable, lengthy refurbishment,” but that it does have “more space for children” and “has a special place in their hearts.” That said, royals biographer Ingrid Seward also revealed that the home will need a baby nursery added.

And this isn’t the only property belonging to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, as they also have a farmhouse in Cotswolds that will be ready to move in as soon as the pair needs it. That’s right, they have a few homes to choose from. The private property, according to The Sun, is worth $3.2 million, and Meghan and Harry are apparently renting it on a two-year lease. This home dates back to the 18th century, and it includes four bedrooms, two kitchens and floor-to-ceiling windows. And in case you’re wondering, it sits on four acres of private land, with a 4,000 square foot total area of its own. Quite the property.
