Jane Seymour and Boyfriend John Zambetti Are in the ‘Honeymoon Stage’: ‘Everything Is Thrilling’

Jane Seymour and boyfriend John Zambetti have a combined age of over 150, but they’re still looking fabulous and enjoying an action-packed and passionate lifestyle that’s a match for anyone – including their far-younger Hollywood peers!

“Jane was not expecting to be back in love with someone new at age 73, it’s a total surprise, but just as sweet as any romance she’s had before,” an insider exclusively tells Closer of Jane’s romance with the musician. “She says in some ways it’s better. They are very much in the honeymoon stage, everything is still very thrilling.”

Jane and John “are both very lively and social people,” according to the source.

“Jane loves being out and about, she goes to private clubs and is always at one gathering or another, usually in Malibu where she and John both live,” the source says. “They love hiking and going for walks and the beach together. He’s an excellent musician, he’s always writing her love songs. Jane sings too so they make music together and she’s actually going to do a guest song with his band.”

The Live and Let Die actress and the singer-songwriter started dating in 2023. They made their relationship Instagram official in October of that year, and it seems like things have been smooth sailing for them ever since.

“It’s all very fun, and every night is date night,” the insider says. “They have these long dinners at different Malibu restaurants, and they cook at home too. They’re inseparable and can’t keep their hands off each other.”

Prior to her relationship with John, Jane was married and divorced four times. The War and Remembrance star was married to her first husband, Michael Attenborough, from 1971 to 1973. She wed her second husband, Geoffrey Planer, in 1977, and they divorced the following year. Jane was married to third husband David Flynn from 1981 to 1992 and to her fourth husband, James Keach, from 1993 to 2015. She also dated David Green for several years after her fourth divorce but things didn’t work out between them.

Now, after all of the heartbreak, it looks like Jane has finally found her happily ever after with John.

“Jane looks for a guy who’s kind and respectful, but also a man who loves what he does. John has all those qualities, and he thinks she’s gorgeous, talented and simply amazing,” a separate insider told Closer in October 2023.

“They love the same things, they both have grown kids, and they have a good time together,” the second insider continued about Jane and John.

While speaking with Closer at the American Ballet Theatre’s annual holiday benefit in Beverly Hills in December 2024, Jane revealed how John wooed her after they were initially set up on a blind date.

“He wrote two songs for me before we actually formally dated,” she said of her beau’s musical talent. “He sent them on texts, and that was it! I couldn’t believe it. I was smiling like crazy, and all my girlfriends were screaming.”

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman alum also said that she has “never been happier.”
