Justin Theroux Pens Birthday Message to Ex-Wife Jennifer Aniston on Instagram: ‘Happy Birthday to This Fierce Woman’

No bad blood here! Justin Theroux took to Instagram on Monday, February 11 to wish his ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston, a happy 50th birthday with a sweet post. “Happy Birthday to this fierce Woman. Fiercely loving. Fiercely kind. ….and fiercely funny. ❤️ you B,” the 47-year-old actor captioned a black and white photo of Jen.

Though Jennifer and Justin seem to be on good terms since announcing their divorce a year ago, Justin was noticeably absent from the Friends star’s epic 50th birthday bash in Los Angeles this past weekend. Following Jen’s birthday bash, a source told Us Weekly that the actress was “happy” that Brad was able to attend the special event. “Jen spoke to Brad briefly. At one point she hugged him and thanked him for coming,” a source said. “She was happy he was there, but that was it. She was busy making the rounds and excited to see so many people near and dear to her.” Other guests at Jennifer’s party included Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, Kate Hudson, Ellen DeGeneres, Barbra Streisand, Katy Perry, Jon Hamm, Robert Downey Jr. and George and Amal Clooney, just to name a few!

Though Jen and Justin seem friendly following their split, a source close to the former couple recently revealed that they’re not talking today. “They don’t have contact or a relationship. Jen and Justin have gone their separate ways and really closed that chapter of their lives. It was a clean break and they have both gone back to their pre-married lives,” a source told Us Weekly.
