Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Hits the Market for $100 Million
Nearly six years after Michael Jackson passed away, the iconic singer's Neverland Ranch has gone up for sale for a whopping $100 million.
The 2,700-acre property — now known as the Sycamore Valley Ranch — has 22 buildings, including a six-bedroom, 12,000 square-foot home and two guest houses.

Michael — who died at age 50 in June 2009 — bought the lavish estate, located about 40 miles outside Santa Barbra, Calif., in 1987 for $19.5 million and lived there for more than 15 years before his passing.

The ranch's grounds additionally feature a train station, floral clock, swimming pool with cabana, barbecue area, tennis court, basketball court, movie theater and a stage with trap doors for magic shows. It once also included an amusement park and a zoo of exotic animals.
